Seized Audi Q7 Rear Suspension Cam Bolts? Watch This Easy Removal Method!

車のメンテナンス方法

In this video, we show how to remove seized rear suspension cam bolts (alignment bolts) on a 2018 Audi Q7.

These bolts were completely stuck due to heavy aluminum corrosion between the bolts and the aluminum bushing inserts. Normally, removing them can turn into a nightmare—requiring cutting and replacing parts.

Instead, we used the VENOM HP induction heater to apply controlled heat directly to the bolts. This breaks the corrosion bond and allows the bolts to come free with minimal effort, saving time, money, and frustration.

This method is safe, fast, and prevents unnecessary damage to the suspension components. Perfect for Audi Q7, VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, and other vehicles with similar suspension setups.
